The Food Allergy Baby Circle™ – Membership Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Food Allergy Baby Circle™ (“the Membership”), operated by Nishti’s Choice (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing and accessing the Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms operate alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. About The Membership

The Food Allergy Baby Circle™ is a dietitian-led membership designed to support parents navigating food allergies in babies and young children.

The Membership provides:

  • Expert-led guidance from paediatric dietitians

  • Support with food allergies including cow’s milk allergy and multiple allergens

  • Education on feeding, starting solids, and allergen reintroduction

  • Ongoing access to resources and a parent community

The Membership is designed to provide education, guidance, and support, but does not replace individual medical care or personalised dietetic advice.

3. Membership Features

Your Membership may include:

3.1 Live Workshops & Teaching Sessions

  • Regular live sessions led by specialist paediatric dietitians

  • Covering allergy management, feeding, and nutrition

  • Typically recorded and made available for later access (not guaranteed)

3.2 Live Q&A Support

  • Group Q&A sessions for general guidance

  • Not a substitute for personalised clinical advice

3.3 Resource Library

Access to a comprehensive library which may include:

  • “Starting your allergy baby on solids” course

  • Food ladders (e.g. milk, egg, wheat, soya)

  • Nutrition guidance and feeding support tools

Content may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.

3.4 Community Access

Access to a private community space designed for peer support.

We may contribute within the group; however:

  • Responses are not guaranteed

  • The group is not monitored at all times

4. User Responsibilities

By joining the Membership, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with other members

  • Not post harmful, offensive, or misleading content

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others

We reserve the right to remove access without notice or refund if these standards are not upheld.

5. Medical Disclaimer

All content within the Membership is provided for educational purposes only.

  • It does not constitute medical advice

  • It is not tailored to your individual child

  • It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional

You are responsible for how you use the information provided.

6. Access & Delivery

The Membership is provided on an ongoing basis.

We aim to deliver all features as described; however:

  • Session times may change

  • Content may be updated or removed

  • Technical issues may affect access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Communication & Support

Support is primarily provided within the Membership environment.

Additional support:

  • Email support available Monday–Friday

  • Responses typically within 48 hours (not guaranteed)

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Foundations Plan (Monthly)

  • ÂŁ57 per month

  • Recurring monthly payment

8.2 Steady Steps Plan (Annual)

  • ÂŁ497 upfront payment

  • 12 months access

  • No automatic renewal

By purchasing, you agree to the applicable payment structure.

9. Cancellation

9.1 Monthly Membership (Foundations Plan)

This option includes a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You will be billed monthly

  • You are committing to a minimum of 3 payments

If you cancel during the initial 3-month period:

  • Your cancellation will take effect after the 3-month term

  • Payments due within this period remain payable

After the initial 3 months:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation will stop future payments

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

No refunds will be provided for payments made during the minimum term.

9.2 Annual Membership (Steady Steps Plan)

  • Provides access for 12 months from purchase

  • Does not auto-renew

Once purchased:

  • The annual Membership is non-refundable, except within the 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 10)

10. Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

By joining the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital content

  • You consent to this access beginning immediately

  • You understand this may reduce or remove your right to a full refund

If a refund is requested within 14 days:

  • A reasonable deduction will be made for any accessed content, including:

    • Resources

    • Live or recorded sessions

    • Community access

After 14 days:

  • No refunds will be provided

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By joining, you agree:

  • Not to share confidential information from within the Membership

  • To respect the privacy of other members

Any breach may result in immediate removal.

12. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership remains the property of Nishti’s Choice.

You may:

  • Use materials for personal use only

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Your behaviour is deemed inappropriate

No refund will be provided in such cases.

14. Changes to the Membership

We may update:

  • Membership content

  • Delivery structure

  • These Terms & Conditions

Where appropriate, you will be notified.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Membership

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
