Hi, I'm Nishti!

I’m a specialist paediatric dietitian with over a decade of experience across the NHS and private sectors, supporting families through some of the most complex feeding, allergy, and medical nutrition challenges in childhood.

I specialise in helping babies and children with cow’s milk allergy and multiple food allergies, providing clear, evidence-based guidance when families feel overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck.

My clinical work spans:

• Cow’s milk allergy, multiple food allergies

• Histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)

• Feeding difficulties in pre-term, tube-fed, and medically complex infants

• Eating disorders, including ARFID and anorexia nervosa

My work to improve access to treatment for children with cow’s milk allergy was nationally recognised with an award in 2018, reflecting my commitment to changing outcomes for families—not just managing symptoms.

I’m a passionate advocate for holistic, evidence-based care and am regularly invited to speak at national conferences, chair professional events, and appear on national television as a trusted voice in paediatric nutrition and food allergy.
